  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, including cost estimates, forecasts, and actual costs.
  • Prepare Monthly Cost Analysis, Profitability, and Variance Reports (Budget vs Actual)
  • Revise project budgets in coordination with project leads.
  • Support monthly financial closing activities.
  • Interpret project BOQs and design Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with appropriate cost codes.
  • Monitor project expenses and identify variances at the WBS level
  • Review Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Identify and classify costs (direct, indirect, fixed, variable) for proper allocation
  • Distinguish between project cost and cost-plus works for accurate reporting
  • Prepare various cost allocations and support reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure all costs are accurately tracked and reported.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company cost control policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
