Cost Control – Reconciliation (Interior Fit-Out Projects)

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects. The role involves managing cost reconciliation, subcontractor reconciliation, billing, vendor management, and ensuring project profitability through accurate analysis, documentation, and commercial control.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile subcontractor claims with BOQ, work orders, and site measurements

Perform back-to-back cost reconciliation (Client scope vs Subcontractor scope)

Manage and track variation orders, extra items, and additional work claims

Prepare and maintain project cost sheets (Estimated vs Actual)

Monitor project cost performance and ensure profitability

Handle client billing and subcontractor billing processes

Manage vendor reconciliation, payment tracking, and cost validation

Coordinate with Site, Procurement, QS, and Accounts teams to ensure cost accuracy

Verify rates, quantities, and measurements before cost approval

Maintain complete commercial documentation (BOQs, measurement sheets, work orders, invoices)

Support MIS reporting and project close-out reconciliation

Requirements

2–10 years of experience in cost reconciliation & costing for interior fit-out projects

Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, and project cost control

Hands-on experience in subcontractor reconciliation and cost validation

Strong proficiency in MS Excel

Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Strong analytical ability with close attention to detail

Good team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹53,490.23 per month
