Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Management Executive to manage and coordinate vendors for commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for vendor sourcing, evaluation, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and ensuring timely project execution within budget and quality standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for civil, MEP, HVAC, joinery, flooring, glass, furniture, and other fit-out works</li><li>Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations) and compare vendor quotations</li><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts</li><li>Coordinate with project managers and site teams for vendor scheduling</li><li>Monitor vendor performance (quality, timelines, safety compliance)</li><li>Track material deliveries and work progress</li><li>Ensure vendors adhere to drawings, BOQ, and specifications</li><li>Manage vendor payments, billing verification, and documentation</li><li>Resolve disputes or performance issues</li><li>Maintain vendor database and performance reports</li><li>Support procurement planning and cost control initiatives</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Business Administration or related field</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in vendor management within commercial interior fit-out or construction industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of BOQ, contracts, and project scheduling</li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience working on corporate office, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects</li><li>Knowledge of procurement cycles</li><li>Understanding of MEP coordination</li><li>Strong problem-solving ability</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Vendor coordination</li><li>Cost control</li><li>Contract management</li><li>Quality monitoring</li><li>Risk mitigation</li><li>Time management</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Growth opportunities in expanding fit-out projects</li><li>Professional development support</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,248.51 - ₹49,240.91 per monthWork Location: In person
