To support our development and strengthen our financial performance, we are looking for a Cost Control Manager to join our team.

Ensuring accurate cost analysis, budget preparation by establishing schedules, collecting, analysing, and consolidating financial data, following KPI’s dashboard and financial reporting, which includes income statement and cash flow statement to optimize cost efficiency and support strategic decision-making in the industrial setting.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

In this context, your missions will be to do the following:

  • Cost Analysis

• Analyse production costs, raw materials, and labor to determine cost of goods sold.

• Regularly review and update standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead.

• Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

• Regularly update the transfer prices to secure the financial result.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting

• Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.

• Monitor budget variances and provide insightful analysis to explain discrepancies.

• Assist in the development of cost projections for new projects and initiatives.

  • Capital Expenditure (Capex) Management

• Develop and implement a robust Capex process, including the evaluation, prioritization, and approval of capital investment projects.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to prepare Capex budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Monitor Capex spending, track project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.

  • Financial Reporting

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Provide comprehensive financial analyses to support decision-making.

  • Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory valuation and reconcile discrepancies.

• Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize carrying costs.

• Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels.

  • Process Improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.

• Meet Groupe requirements to coop with the group way of excellence.

  • Group Atlantic & FRESH Synergy

• Perform accounting operations using ORACLE ERP, including stock movements, production declarations, tracking spare parts and consumables, and managing asset registrations.

• Collaborate with External Auditors and Tax Consultants to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.

• Quarterly Cost reconciliation with commercial subsidiaries (Harmony financial Management).

• Consolidate factory Direct costs, structure costs and cash plan on ANAPLAN.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven 5 to 8 experience as a Cost Accountant in an industrial setting.

· Professional certification (CMA, CPA) is highly desirable.

· Familiarity with cost accounting software and financial analysis tools.

· Experience in building and maintaining financial models for forecasting and decision-making.

· Ability to analyse financial data and presenting insights using tools like Power BI or Excel.

· Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting software or tools such as Anaplan, or Hyperion.

· Proficiency in using (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle Financials.

· Understanding financial statements, KPIs, ratios, and capital budgeting techniques.

· Proficiency level of English



COMPETENCIES

· In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles.

· Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting.

· Understanding of industrial processes and cost structures.
