We are a fast-growing local Bahraini F&B and retail group operating across cafés, restaurants, cloud kitchens, bakeries, and retail outlets. With 4 outlets and over 70 employees, we are proud to be a dynamic, ambitious, and locally owned business with big expansion plans.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Cost Controller to oversee and optimize food, beverage, and retail costs across our outlets. This role will ensure proper cost tracking, variance analysis, and reporting to support profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily F&B costs across outlets, central kitchen, and warehouses.
• Review and analyze recipe costing, wastage, portion control, and yield.
• Conduct regular stock takes, inventory reconciliations, and variance reports.
• Implement and maintain cost control procedures, systems, and controls.
• Work closely with chefs, outlet managers, and purchasing to optimize margins.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and recommendations for management.
• Support monthly closing by providing accurate cost of sales data.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in cost control (hospitality/F&B industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of F&B costing, recipe engineering, and inventory systems.
• Familiarity with accounting/ERP software (Tally, Odoo, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance, kitchen, and operations teams.
