Cost Controller

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Controller to join our restaurant operations team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B cost control, proficiency in the Foodics system, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, optimizing cost structures, and supporting operational efficiency across our outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs across multiple locations
• Maintain and audit inventory records using the Foodics system
• Generate and interpret cost reports to support management decisions
• Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing
• Identify variances and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be currently based in Jeddah
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in restaurant cost control or F&B finance
• Strong working knowledge of the Foodics system (inventory, costing, reporting)
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
