Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to join our team in Doha. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing costs to ensure financial efficiency and profitability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control operational costs across departments and projects
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and inefficiencies
• Prepare detailed cost reports, budgets, and variance analyses
• Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to manage expenditures
• Ensure accurate allocation of costs to projects and departments
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
