Role Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Cost Controller to oversee financial performance within our Food & Beverage operations. The role is critical in ensuring profitability, compliance, and efficiency by monitoring costs, analyzing variances, and supporting management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operational costs across F&B outlets and warehouses.
- Prepare and review cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar labor/financial regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize resource usage.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Support management with accurate financial insights for decision‑making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in cost control, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
