Cost Controller – Food & Beverage Industry

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Cost Controller to oversee financial performance within our Food & Beverage operations. The role is critical in ensuring profitability, compliance, and efficiency by monitoring costs, analyzing variances, and supporting management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily operational costs across F&B outlets and warehouses.
  • Prepare and review cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar labor/financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize resource usage.
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Support management with accurate financial insights for decision‑making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in cost control, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
