We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller with Food & Beverage (F&B) background. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of UAE experience preferred, with strong knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and F&B operations. The role focuses on ensuring accurate cost tracking, minimizing wastage, and improving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily F&B costs and ensure alignment with budgets and targets.
- Control inventory, stock levels, and reduce wastage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes for accuracy.
- Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and store teams for cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular stock audits and investigate variances.
- Maintain and update recipe costing and menu pricing.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Support budgeting and financial planning for F&B operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the UAE preferred.
- Prior experience as a Cost Controller in F&B is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of hotel/restaurant cost control systems.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering companies in the UAE.
- Knowledge of HACCP and hospitality standards.
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
