Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cost Controller cum Procurement Officer with hospitality experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Control:

• Monitor and control food & beverage costs and other operational expenses
• Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations
• Analyze consumption trends and prepare cost reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and budget targets
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for cost efficiency

Procurement:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost control and procurement within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of F&B costing and inventory management
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Willingness to relocate and work in Nauru
