Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cost Controller cum Procurement Officer with hospitality experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Control:
- Monitor and control food & beverage costs and other operational expenses
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations
- Analyze consumption trends and prepare cost reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and budget targets
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for cost efficiency
Procurement:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost control and procurement within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of F&B costing and inventory management
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Willingness to relocate and work in Nauru
