Position Summary
The Cost Controller will be responsible for managing and analyzing all cost-related activities within the organization, ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. This role will actively support strategic decision-making by providing cost insights, profitability analyses, and recommendations for cost optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP CO and MM modules, a solid background in manufacturing cost management, and the ability to lead improvement and automation projects across finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute month-end and year-end cost closing processes in SAP (CO & FI modules).
• Prepare and analyze production cost budgets; monitor variances and provide actionable insights. • Conduct detailed cost analyses and profitability reports by business segment, product, and customer.
• Review budgets regularly to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities.
• Prepare ad-hoc cost and management reports to support decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance costs on an order basis and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Control all SAP MM transactions and ensure correct account assignments.
• Take an active role in SAP implementation, enhancement, and development projects related to cost structure and controlling.
• Oversee inventory management, stock aging reports, and correction of transactional errors.
• Support company-wide projects such as Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), Continuous Improvement, and Sustainability initiatives.
• Contribute to investment strategy through feasibility analyses and project monitoring.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance financial planning, reporting, and controlling efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in cost controlling or financial planning roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong command of SAP CO and MM modules; prior experience in SAP project implementation or system setup is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of IFRS reporting, KPI tracking, and variance analysis.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong project management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• No restriction for domestic or international travel.
