Job Description

Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (AR):

Lead and manage AR activities, including billing and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with VAT and tax rules.
Support credit risk assessments and identify process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Contribute to automation and ERP enhancement projects.

Accounts Payable (AP):

Oversee daily invoice processing, journal entries, and reconciliations in ULTRA and Oracle NetSuite.
Verify accuracy of booked items and VAT codes.
Drive efficiency, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Reporting:

Execute monthly closings and ensure AR/AP data accuracy.
Prepare reports for management and audits.
Maintain proper documentation in line with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (required)
Experience with Oracle NetSuite (preferred)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High accuracy and attention to detail
Strong integrity, ethics, and reliability
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
Proficiency in English (required)
