Cost Controller – F&B Industry Experience Required

Kasibeyaz Restaurant is seeking an experienced F&B Cost Controller to oversee and manage cost operations across our restaurant group. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences and are looking for a detail-oriented professional to help us maintain efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs across the group
• Track wastage and implement cost control measures
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cost reports and analysis
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with records
• Monthly stock confirmation
• Assist in auditing works
• Ensure compliance with company cost control policies and procedures
• Collaborate with purchasing and kitchen teams to manage cost efficiency

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Cost Control within the F&B industry
• SAP-1 experience required
• Strong knowledge of cost analysis, inventory management, and procurement
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Valid legal documents to work in Qatar
