- Conduct critical analysis of budgets and cost projections to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and control operational costs, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor cost-control systems and procedures to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
- Identify and implement proactive cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and resource optimization strategies.
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure competitive pricing, service quality, and favorable contract terms.
- Continuously monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain developments that may impact operational and procurement costs.
- Identify and evaluate new vendors, suppliers, and strategic partnerships to support cost-reduction and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present cost analysis reports, financial insights, and strategic recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Prepare accurate monthly stock and inventory reports, ensuring proper reconciliation between system records and physical inventory.
- Conduct regular branch visits to perform physical stock verification, support internal audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance Department to facilitate timely audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
- Prepare and submit monthly operational, stock, and cost reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, financial policies, and operational standards across all branches.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE IN F&B FIELD IS A MUST
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in cost control, inventory management, or financial analysis (preferred).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/accounting systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple branches.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car to facilitate regular branch visits and audit activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD350.000 - BD450.000 per month
