Cost Engineer - TcPCM Expert (Teamcenter Product) - Riyadh, KSA

The Cost Engineer - TcPCM Expert (Teamcenter Product) is responsible for configuration, integration, and cost model management within Teamcenter Product Cost Management (TcPCM). The role ensures seamless integration between PLM, BOM structures, costing databases, and downstream systems.

Duration: 12 months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities

• Import and integrate cost estimates from Excel into TcPCM
• Create and maintain:
  • Material cost models
  • Process cost models
  • Tooling cost structures
  • Overhead structures
• Set up and manage cost databases and libraries
• Ensure BOM data from Teamcenter aligns with cost structures
• Maintain workflow integrity and data governance
• Troubleshoot integration and system issues
• Support procurement during supplier negotiations
• Generate cost reports and dashboards

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of TcPCM configuration and costing logic
• Hands on experience with Teamcenter BOM structures
• Advanced Excel skills (cost modeling & data mapping)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes:
  • Injection molding
  • Stamping
  • Assembly
• Knowledge of:
  • Database management
  • Cost roll up logic
  • PLM-SAP integration (preferred)

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Product Cost Management
• Automotive OEM / Tier 1 background preferred
