SPV General Manager (EPC Project)

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated SPV General Manager (EPC Project) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership for EPC project delivery on behalf of the SPV, ensuring governance, schedule oversight, risk tracking, commercial management, and effective coordination between EPC contractors, internal teams, and client-side stakeholders.

Employment Type: Full-time | SPV role

Nationality: Saudi Nationals only ( Candidates to be based in Taif area)

Project Type: EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)

Project Duration: Approximately 20 months

Expected Hiring: Mid to end of March 2026

Role Purpose

Provide leadership for EPC project delivery on behalf of the SPV. Act as the focal point for governance, schedule oversight, risk tracking, commercial management, and coordination between EPC contractors, internal teams, and client-side stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between SPV, client representatives, and EPC teams.
  • Lead governance, correspondence, and decision-making protocols.
  • Oversee EPC delivery: progress, scheduling, risks, and commercial matters.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement including consultants and authorities.
  • Ensure strong project controls and change/claims tracking.
  • Support HSE oversight and ensure issues are escalated and resolved.
  • Collaborate with Finance on budget visibility and reporting.
  • Ensure documentation discipline and contract administration.
  • Lead through key phases including mobilization, major construction, and commissioning readiness.
  • Produce executive-level reporting and maintain risk registers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering or related).
  • EPC and construction management experience required.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with leadership exposure.
  • Project management accreditation preferred.
  • Experience in water infrastructure or large civil EPC projects is highly advantageous.
