Cost Estimation Engineer – GC & MEP Projects

Interact Global is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with strong experience in General Contracting (GC) and MEP works. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, assisting in the preparation of tenders and bids, and supporting project planning to ensure efficient execution of various construction projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to review project drawings, specifications, and quantities to prepare reliable project cost evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project budgets for GC and MEP works
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to define project scope
• Evaluate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
• Review, compare, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Identify potential cost risks, discrepancies, and value engineering opportunities
• Support bid preparation, tender submissions, negotiations, and clarifications
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, pricing databases, and cost reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Estimator
• Strong hands-on experience in General Contracting and MEP projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to PKR 200,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)

Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
