Cost Estimator

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Perform mechanical calculations for material requirements, dimensions, quantities, and unit conversions.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost breakdowns, and price summaries for tenders.
• Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors; compare and finalize cost inputs.
• Maintain an updated cost database for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Ensure all estimates comply with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
• Prepare estimation reports for management review.
• Perform mechanical calculations (meter ↔ feet, mm ↔ inches, weight ↔ volume, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
