We are a leading Building Maintenance and Decor company in the UAE seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Cost Estimator with a proven track record in the building maintenance and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE market and possess exceptional skills in quantity take-off, pricing, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment for building maintenance and construction projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on sketches, drawings, and site information provided by the team.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
• Collaborate with the project team to gather accurate project requirements.
• Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine the scope of work and resource needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and labor rates.
• Prepare comprehensive cost reports and presentations for management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cost estimation for building maintenance and construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of quantity take-off procedures from sketches and drawings.
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE market and construction industry.
• Proficient in estimating software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

9 hours per day, 1 day off per week.

اللغة:

• الانجليزية بطلاقة و يفهم العربية (مطلوب)

الترخيص/الشهادة:

• شهادة هندسة مدنية معتمدة في دولة الامارات (مفضل)
