Roles & Responsibility:

• Cash flow projection and assist in the financial control.
• Tracking budget position and give periodic reports/alerts
• Prepare monthly cost reports and budget reconciliation
• Maintain threats and opportunities schedules
• Carry out interim valuations for payment for Contractors
• Manage costs, assess all variations and extra works
• Analyse and report on any contractual claims
• Attend site meetings & coordinate with clients.
• Analysis of Rates for all Schedules of items from First Principles.
• Interaction with vendors, contractors, consultants, engineers to get price feedback / inputs from market.
• Cost tracking and Physical measurements of quantities for contractors
• Apply change control systems to monitor design changes and cost implications
• Re-measure any section of the works and prepare the final account
• Quantity Take-off and Measurement:

Qualifiction:

• Education – B.E in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience required
• Good command over MS Office, AutoCAD programs.
• Self-driven, with good command over written and verbal English / regional language.
• Ability to coordination with Client team / Architects / Consultants / Site based teams
• Preferably better having experince in firefigting
