We are currently seeking a talented “Cost Planning & Analysis Executive” to join our dynamic “Finance” team. Based in “ HQ, Istanbul ” this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the end-to-end management of the budget cost process for the subsidiaries of Hayat Consumer Group ,
  • Performing forecast & budget cost cycles and preparing monthly production cost forecast of sourcing units (countries) to support business decisions,
  • Review, analyze and explain deviations of cost of goods manufactured and sold in actuals vs forecasts,
  • Provide ad hoc reports to senior management for country specific and/or global cost deep dive studies or scenerio templates
  • Execute global cost benchmarking across the countries for cost control and costing process alignment
  • Study category / product/ production line feasibility studies for new market entries, or category expansions
  • Business partnering of R&D, Marketing, Procurement or Region functions in the areas of SKU profitability and R&D feasibility scenerios to support decision making
  • Ensuring that all cost accounting processes are carried out in accordance with company accounting policies and to carry out the necessary reporting processes closely working with costing teams in subsidiaries
  • Acting as a team member in ongoing ERP transformation and digitalisation projects


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or Engineering from reputable university
  • Min 5 years of experience in production companies (preferably in FMCG) in the areas of Cost Controlling, Month end Actual costing, SC business partnering, category finance BP or similar roles
  • Effectively using MS Office programs ( excel and powerpoint)
  • BPC, Power BI and SAP knowledge are assets
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken,
  • High analytical skills and performed experience in converting big data into business insight
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and complex data
  • Good communication, influencing skills to drive a result in multi-cultural global organisation
  • Living in or willing to relocate to İstanbul, prefarably Anatolia side
