Costco roadshow sales manager

Overview
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic manager to lead our food sampling team on the road for Costco. As a Costco Road Show Manager, you'll oversee food sampling demonstrations, manage a team of representatives, and drive sales through effective communication and customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate food sampling events and demonstrations
• Lead a team of Food Sampling Representatives, providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with promotional strategies and goals
• Collect and analyze data on customer feedback and preferences to inform future sampling events
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event marketing, product demonstrations, or team management
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate a team and drive sales
• Familiarity with data collection and analysis is beneficial
• Passion for food and customer interaction
