Job Summary:

The Costing Coordinator is responsible for preparing, analyzing, monitoring, and controlling all product, project, inventory, and operational costs related to generator business operations. This role supports management in pricing decisions, profitability analysis, budgeting, and cost optimization while ensuring accurate costing of generator sets, spare parts, maintenance services, installations, logistics, and related power solutions.

The position works closely with Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Service, and Finance departments to maintain competitive pricing and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare costing and pricing for generators, spare parts, projects, and services.
• Calculate equipment, freight, logistics, labor, installation, and overhead costs.
• Support quotation preparation, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Monitor actual cost versus estimated cost and analyze variances.
• Coordinate with Procurement for supplier pricing and landed cost evaluation.
• Support inventory costing, stock valuation, and cost reporting.
• Prepare profitability, budgeting, and management reports.
• Maintain accurate costing records in ERP and Excel.
• Recommend cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
• Fresher in UAE but have relevant experience in home country are welcome to apply

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in costing, pricing, estimation, or financial analysis.
• Experience in generators, power solutions, industrial equipment, or the engineering industry is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting)
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)
• Must have experience in Product and project costing, cost analysis and budgeting, inventory costing and valuation, pricing and margin analysis
