- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.

Professional certificate CMA are beneficial.
- 8–10+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience.
- Prior experience in automotive, industrial, or high-volume manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Experience with standard costing, BOM analysis, labor and overhead allocation, cost roll-ups, and production variance analysis.
- Strong background with ERP/MRP “SAP” system.

Experience managing or supervising a cost accounting team.
- Strong knowledge of standard cost development and maintenance.
- Proficiency in BOMs, routings, and manufacturing process flows.
- Ability to perform cost roll-ups and cost modeling.
- Skilled in material, labor, and overhead rate analysis.
- Expertise in margin analysis and profitability reporting.
- Strong understanding of inventory valuation and cost adjustments.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling abilities.
- Develop, maintain, and review standard costs for all manufactured products.
