About the Role
We are looking for a cost-conscious professional who can do more than just number-crunching. This role requires someone who will actively partner with operations teams to identify cost leakages, drive efficiency, and control operational expenses across the company. You will own the costing function while working on the ground to influence real-time decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate product costing for all garment orders (FOB/CM).
• Partner with production, procurement, and planning teams to monitor and control operational costs.
• Identify areas of waste (material, labor, overhead) and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct variance analysis between standard and actual costs.
• Track factory utilization, efficiency, and yield to drive cost optimization.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and pricing decisions for new orders.

What You Bring

• Education: MBA (Finance) or partially qualified ICMA.
• Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on costing experience in a textile garments manufacturing company.
• Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of garment production processes (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing) and how they impact costs.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to work cross-functionally with operations teams.
