1. JOB PURPOSE:
To oversee and manage the costing activities, ensure accurate cost analysis, monitor cost control processes, and support management with financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and review product or project costing and ensure accuracy of cost calculations.

Monitor cost allocation and ensure proper recording of direct and indirect costs.

Analyze cost variances and identify reasons for deviations from budget or standard costs.

Prepare periodic cost reports and provide recommendations to management.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to operational and production costs.

Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate cost data.

Review supplier costs, material costs, and labor costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Assist in improving costing systems and cost control processes.

Supervise and guide the costing team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional certification (such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
Experience:

7–8 years of experience in costing, accounting, or financial analysis.
Languages:
-
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
