About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support while representing our brand positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve service quality
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience.
• Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
