Centurion is currently seeking a Costpoint Time & Labor Analyst to be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Deltek Costpoint Time & Labor. This role partners with Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and IT to gather business requirements, configure system functionality, maintain employee leave, and holiday entitlements, resolve operational issues through a case management platform, and document end-to-end business processes.

A key objective of this role is to reduce reliance on institutional knowledge by creating and maintaining comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge repository content that supports operational continuity, compliance, scalability, and future automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & System Administration
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Configure and maintain Costpoint Time & Labor, including labor charging, timesheet rules, approval workflows, leave accrual plans, and holiday calendars.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and configuration issues impacting timekeeping and labor processing.

Leave, Holiday & Operational Support
  • Maintain employee leave plans, accruals, holiday eligibility, and related entitlements.
  • Audit leave and holiday data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and resolve employee, manager, payroll, and timekeeping inquiries through the case management system.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues.

Process Documentation & Knowledge Management
  • Document end-to-end Time & Labor processes, procedures, controls, and system configurations.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, process maps, and training materials.
  • Capture subject matter expertise and convert tribal knowledge into formal documentation.
  • Maintain a centralized knowledge repository and ensure documentation remains current and audit-ready.
  • Support business continuity, cross-training, succession planning, and future automation efforts.

Compliance & Controls
  • Support SOX, DCAA, and internal control requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and evidence supporting audits and compliance reviews.
  • Ensure system configurations and business processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Required
  • 3+ years of Deltek Costpoint Time & Labor experience.
  • Experience with business requirements gathering and system configuration.
  • Experience administering leave plans, labor charging, and holiday calendars.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working within case management or ticketing systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
  • Government contracting experience.
  • Knowledge of DCAA-compliant timekeeping practices.
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Payroll systems, or system integrations.
  • Familiarity with SOX controls and audit processes.

Success Measures

  • Effective resolution of operational support cases.
