Costume Dressers - Makeup Artists (Temporary)

Description

Costume Dressers (10 roles) are responsible for assisting performers with changing needs and dressing for the 2026 New Year's Eve celebrations in Dubai as well as assisting with organization of costume elements.

Makeup Artists (3 roles) are responsible for overseeing the application of makeup to artists for the 2026 New Year's Eve celebrations in Dubai.

Both roles require experience with either costumes or makeup, and a solid ability to work with artists in a pleasant manner.

Roles & Responsibilities

Costume Dressers

• Assist performers during rehearsals and performances with dressing, quick changes, and costume organization.
• Prepare, preset, and maintain costumes for each performance according to wardrobe plots and supervisor direction.
• Track costume pieces and accessories, ensuring all items are returned and stored properly after each performance.
• Work collaboratively with the Wardrobe and Costume teams to ensure efficient backstage operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in dressing areas.
• Report costume damages or repair needs promptly to the Wardrobe Supervisor.

Makeup Artists

• Apply and maintain performer makeup according to established designs and production requirements.
• Ensure visual continuity and quality across all performers.
• Perform touch-ups, quick changes, and corrective makeup as required during rehearsals or performances.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards for all products, brushes, and tools.
• Be available for pre-show calls, rehearsals, and performances as scheduled.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Base Pay: AED3,750.00 - AED4,750.00 per week
