This role serves as a central point of integration for Business Integration & Strategy, supporting workforce planning, scheduling, and training initiatives across multiple teams. The position is responsible for ensuring alignment of processes, policies, and best practices while facilitating clear, professional communication with partners at all levels of the organization. The Manager will lead efforts to integrate information and workflows across related functions, providing guidance and oversight to ensure consistency and operational excellence. This role will support a diverse team member population, including hourly union and non-union roles.

This role will report to the Senior Manager, Resource Planning & Integration.

This role is an Internal Assignment/Project Hire with no guarantee of permanent placement.

What You Will Do:

  • Tactical & Operational Leadership: Drive strategic and tactical initiatives for Business Integration & Strategy; provide policy and procedural oversight across multiple departments; act as SME for labor, scheduling, and other policies

  • Workforce & Labor Management: Facilitate hourly union hiring and promotional processes; manage large-scale hiring projects; liaise with Labor Relations and union partners, including Labor Management Committee meetings; ensure compliance with CBAs

  • Training & Development: Oversee implementation and documentation of training programs; support audits and operational updates; maintain consistency in development practices

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Build trust and credibility through strong knowledge, skills & abilities; influence across all levels—from front-line leaders to VP-level—providing insights and solutions that instill confidence; operate with autonomy to make decisions on procedural changes once alignment is secured

  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Solve complex issues, deliver actionable insights, and serve as approver for large-scale, multi-department changes; ensure consistency and compliance in all processes

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training, scheduling, Labor Relations or related field

  • Experience leading in a unionized environment

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
