Charvi Care Clinic is looking for a confident, empathetic, and target-oriented Counseling Executive to guide patients for various medical, cosmetic, and wellness procedures. The candidate will play a key role in patient conversion, satisfaction, and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel patients for procedures such as hair treatments, cosmetic procedures, wellness therapies, and minor medical procedures
• Explain treatment options, procedure details, benefits, risks, timelines, and costs clearly
• Handle walk-in patients, online leads, and telephonic inquiries
• Maintain high patient conversion rates with ethical counseling
• Coordinate between doctors, patients, and front desk
• Follow up with patients for pending decisions and treatment plans
• Maintain patient records and CRM updates
• Ensure excellent patient experience and trust building

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English; Marathi preferred)
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of medical / cosmetic procedures (training will be provided)
