Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counselling for children, adolescents, and beneficiaries.
• Identify emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns and provide appropriate interventions.
• Support students in managing academic stress, trauma, family-related issues, and personal challenges.
• Maintain confidential counselling records, case notes, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and internal teams to ensure holistic support for beneficiaries.

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology / MSW (Medical & Psychiatric).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with internship exposure may also apply.
