Counselor – Digital Inquiries

Aptech Metro Star Gate seeking a proactive and customer-focused Counselor – Digital Inquiries to join our team. This role involves managing and responding to online inquiries through various digital platforms and assisting walk-in Students at our center. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage multiple channels efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to customer inquiries received via: Whastapp, Facebook website, & other Digital platorms
• Maintain prompt, courteous, and professional communication at all times.
• Convert digital inquiries into walk-ins by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
• Support walk-in students generation through digital engagement strategies.
• Greet and counsel walk-in candidates, providing information about services, courses, or programs.
• Follow up with walk-in leads to ensure proper nurturing and conversion.
• Maintain records of all inquiries and interactions using tracking tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, information sharing, and resolving candidate concerns.
• Contribute to improving inquiry response processes and student satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on inquiry volume, conversion rates, and follow-up effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience in customer service, counseling, or digital engagement is an advantage.
• Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and website chat tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
