Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Study Abroad Visa Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess not only expertise in the study abroad field but also exceptional convincing and communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in guiding students, handling inquiries from multiple channels, and representing our firm with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to students on international study options, admission requirements, and visa processes.
• Handle client inquiries across all platforms, including social media, calls, WhatsApp, emails, and website leads.
• Effectively utilize social media marketing tools to promote services, generate leads, and engage with prospective students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth consulting experience.
• Maintain records of consultations, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM or internal systems.
• Achieve monthly targets by converting inquiries into successful admissions and visa applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in study abroad consulting, visa counseling.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and engagement strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and manage client queries across diverse platforms (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media).
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum); Master’s degree preferred.
