Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and updated guidance on study abroad opportunities in Australia, Germany, and the UK, including admission requirements, visa processes, and university options.
• Offer tailored advice and support for Australian migration services, including eligibility assessment and application procedures.
• Handle client inquiries across all platforms (calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media, and website leads).
• Use social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) for lead generation, brand promotion, and student engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and professionals to ensure a smooth consulting and migration experience.
• Conduct market and university research to provide accurate and timely information.
• Attend workshops, training sessions, and networking events to stay updated on international education and migration trends.
• Maintain consultation records, follow-ups, and client data using CRM/internal systems.
• Achieve monthly conversion targets by turning inquiries into successful admissions, visa approvals, and migration cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in study abroad consulting or migration services (Australia, Germany, UK preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and engagement strategies.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage client queries across diverse platforms.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.

What We Offer
