Job Description
The Counter Person serves as the first point of contact for clients at the diet clinic. This role involves managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, handling payments, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations and a professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner

Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Schedule, reschedule, and cancel client appointments

Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records

Maintain and update client files and documentation

Provide administrative support to clinic staff as needed

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Education
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Additional courses in customer service or administration preferred
Experience

Previous experience in front desk operations, customer service, or cashiering is preferred
Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, scheduling software)
