COUNTER SALES

The Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, providing product information, preparing quotations and invoices, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves selling building materials including tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, and electrical products, while achieving sales targets and supporting smooth branch operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting products such as tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, and electrical items.
• Provide accurate pricing, specifications, and availability details.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability and dispatch.
• Maintain proper product displays and counter organization.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch revenue growth.
