- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products through described policy and system of the company.
- Using, maintaining, and reconciling sales through ERP and accounts department’s SOP’s.
- Ensuring stock availability and health in line with the SOPs of accounts and warehouse
- Ensuring smooth flow of cash in line with accounts SOPs
- Liaising with the warehouse for goods and services depending on the requirement in line with direction and SOP’s defined by the management.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area in line with the sales management.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base in line with the management.
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Reporting to senior manager.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Working on ERP and other sales SOPs and informing the Management in case of any discrepancy or irregularity.
- Recovering sales payments.
- Substituting Showroom Manager whenever the company requires.
- Correspondence with Reseller/S&I for Sales and Recovery.
- Pricing via emails & over call as per Sales SOP
- Multiple outdoor visits in a week to generate more sales.
- Managing Invoices through ERP software
- Any other task assigned by the management.
