Job Description
We’re hiring a Branch Associate who enjoys working with customers, supporting sales operations, and being part of a fast-paced branch team. If you take pride in delivering excellent service and enjoy a role where no two days are the same, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Be the face of SouthernCarlson by greeting customers and responding to phone and email inquiries
• Build strong customer relationships by learning needs, recommending solutions, and identifying upsell opportunities
• Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers and pulling customer orders
• Maintain an organized, well-merchandised showroom
• Assist with troubleshooting product questions and resolving customer concerns
• Take on a variety of responsibilities to support overall branch success

What We’re Looking For
✔ 1+ years of sales, customer service, or sales support experience (warehouse experience a plus)
✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal
✔ Proactive team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
✔ Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
✔ Comfortable navigating systems and assisting customers digitally
✔ Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
✔ Bilingual a plus
