Job Title: Apparel Sales Executive

Job Overview:
The Apparel Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a smooth retail experience for customers. The role focuses on meeting store sales targets while representing the brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service
- Greet customers and understand their needs to provide suitable product recommendations.
- Generate sales by upselling, cross-selling, and driving repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
Store Operations
- Maintain proper display, merchandising, and product arrangements as per brand guidelines.
- Ensure stock availability by coordinating with the store manager and inventory team.
- Handle billing, cash management, and POS operations accurately.
- Assist in stock counting, receiving new stock, and maintaining records.
Customer Experience
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships through good communication and follow-up.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the store team.
Product & Market Knowledge
- Understand fabric types, fits, size charts, styling trends, and garment details.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, ongoing offers, and promotional schemes.
- Monitor competitor products and share observations with the management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 1–3 years of apparel retail sales experience (women’s wear preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good fashion sense and understanding of trends.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
