Countertop Fabricator/Bridge Saw Operator/Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Countertop Fabricator, Bridge Saw Operator, and Installer to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality countertops, operating precision machinery such as bridge saw, and installing finished products with accuracy and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional surfaces that meet client specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Operate bridge saws and other fabrication equipment with precision to cut and shape materials according to detailed blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication of countertops
• Handle materials safely within the manufacturing facility, utilizing forklifts and other materials handling equipment as needed
• Perform quality control inspections throughout the fabrication process to ensure finished products meet all standards for fit, finish, and durability
• Install countertops on-site with attention to detail, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and finishing for a professional look and long-lasting performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments with hands-on knowledge of machining tools such as press brake machines, stamping presses, welding equipment, and tooling setup
• Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly line tasks and finishing work
• Knowledge of materials handling procedures within a factory setting including forklift operation certification is advantageous
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise fabrication work
• Excellent attention to detail coupled with a commitment to quality control standards in a manufacturing facility
