In This Role, You Will

Drive client recruitment, retention, and engagement through innovative clienteling strategies

Train and coach boutique teams on CRM tools, outreach, and delivering “extra-mile” service

Build authentic, lasting relationships with top clients while supporting the team on the shop floor

Manage client activation campaigns, boutique events, and gifting strategies

Track and analyse key KPIs to continuously improve clienteling performance
