ZIM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations and strategies in our Turkiye office.
Responsibilities are;

Supervising the team in all related areas, incl.: Freight Collection / F2BC / Credit Management, Accounts Payable and payments, Corporate accounts as per local GAAP

Cash flow forecast and follow-up

Processes / procedures / targets + KPI’s / GSS
-
Participation in regional/ global projects
-
Monthly /quarterly / annual reporting as per local GAAP, Annual financial statements / reporting to authorities, as per IFRS / ISOX
-
Ensuring proper and successful handling of internal and external audits
-
Annual Budget preparation and monthly follow-up
-
Consulting Country Manager

Ensuring correct handling of all tax related matters
-
Contact for tax authorities and handling of tax audits
-
Ensuring effective corporate and tax structure
-
Preparing Annual Shareholder’s meetings and tax return
-
Supervising of all administrative matters, admin contracts, insurances, etc.

Training / Development / Appraisal of team members
-
Liaising with regional and head office to ensure all staff working without interruptions due to hardware/software issues

Requirements for workstations / office planning
Requirements:
- Certified Accountant / B.A.-alike (Finance/Accounting/Reporting/Taxes/HR/Business Administration) or M.B.A.

Min. 7 Years of Professional Experience in similar management positions in global companies

Extended Knowledge (Finance & Accounting / MS Office / SAP / Shipping business / HR)
