Ledvance OSRAM is seeking an experienced, strategic, and performance-driven Country Head to oversee and manage the company’s overall business operations within the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, leading sales and operational teams, building strong business partnerships, and ensuring overall business profitability. This position requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the capability to execute long-term business plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead country-level sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build, expand, and manage distribution networks, channel partners, and key client relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead and manage teams across sales, operations, and support departments to ensure high performance.
- Ensure effective coordination between departments for smooth implementation of business strategies.
- Manage key negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure long-term business opportunities.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and implement cost control measures.
- Prepare and present regular business performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain strong operational governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or a relevant master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, operations, or leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing multi-location business operations and achieving growth targets.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving revenue expansion.
