Job Overview:

Ledvance OSRAM is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and performance-driven Country Head to lead nationwide business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, overseeing sales and operational functions, and building strong long-term business partnerships while ensuring overall profitability. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to execute business plans at a national level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth objectives
  • Lead nationwide sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop, expand, and manage distribution networks, channel partners, and key client relationships
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain competitive advantage
  • Lead cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and support functions
  • Ensure effective coordination between departments for successful execution of business strategies
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure long-term business opportunities
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Prepare and present detailed business performance reports to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong operational governance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • MBA or Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage

Experience Requirements

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, operations, or senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record of managing multi-location operations and delivering strong business growth
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and revenue expansion
