Job Title: Country Head – Business Consulting (Cloud Practice)

Role Overview:
The Country Head – Business Consulting will lead the national cloud consulting business, driving growth, partnerships, and strategic initiatives across the country. The role requires a strong business leader with a proven record in cloud transformation, alliance management, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy execution in collaboration with leading hyperscalers like AWS and Microsoft.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Leadership:
- Lead and expand the national cloud consulting practice to achieve business growth and profitability objectives.

Revenue & Growth:
- Drive overall national revenue targets with a focus on achieving >100% of assigned goals and >35% year-over-year growth.

Strategic Alliances:
- Build, strengthen, and manage partnerships with AWS and Microsoft, driving joint GTM initiatives and co-selling opportunities.

GTM Strategy:

Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for the cloud consulting practice, aligning sales, delivery, and marketing efforts.

Market Development:
- Identify emerging opportunities in cloud transformation, modernization, and managed services across industries.

Thought Leadership:
- Represent the organization at CXO-level events, AWS/Azure summits, and other industry forums to enhance brand visibility and influence.

Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide regional business consulting teams to achieve excellence in client engagement and execution.

Operational Excellence:
- Ensure strong governance, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking aligned with business KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

12+ years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving cloud or digital transformation businesses.

Proven expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure ecosystems.

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding national-level sales and business growth targets.

Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and partnership-building skills.
