Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the nationwide sales strategy in line with business and growth objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor regional and channel sales teams across Pakistan.
  • Drive assets under advisory (AUA) growth through institutional, corporate, and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, banks, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure compliance with SECP regulations, internal policies, and ethical sales practices.
  • Collaborate with Investment, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, targets, and revenue forecasts.
  • Identify new market opportunities, product penetration strategies, and channel expansion initiatives.
  • Represent the Sales function in senior management meetings and Board-level discussions.
  • Oversee sales budgeting, incentive structures, and productivity frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in sales leadership within asset management, investment advisory, mutual funds, or financial services.
  • Proven experience leading countrywide or multi-regional sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of Pakistan’s capital markets, SECP regulations, and AMC/advisory sales frameworks.
  • Demonstrated track record in revenue growth, distribution development, and client acquisition.
