Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the nationwide sales strategy in line with business and growth objectives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor regional and channel sales teams across Pakistan.
- Drive assets under advisory (AUA) growth through institutional, corporate, and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, banks, and strategic partners.
- Ensure compliance with SECP regulations, internal policies, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with Investment, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, targets, and revenue forecasts.
- Identify new market opportunities, product penetration strategies, and channel expansion initiatives.
- Represent the Sales function in senior management meetings and Board-level discussions.
- Oversee sales budgeting, incentive structures, and productivity frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in sales leadership within asset management, investment advisory, mutual funds, or financial services.
- Proven experience leading countrywide or multi-regional sales teams.
- Strong understanding of Pakistan’s capital markets, SECP regulations, and AMC/advisory sales frameworks.
- Demonstrated track record in revenue growth, distribution development, and client acquisition.
