Role Scope

The Country Helpers role is designed to provide essential on-ground operational and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities across various functions. This position plays a key part in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting internal teams, and assisting in coordination efforts that contribute to overall organizational performance.

The role requires adaptability, reliability, and a proactive approach to handling assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general operational and administrative support across departments

• Assist in coordinating daily activities and ensuring timely task completion

• Support logistics, documentation, and internal communication processes

• Help maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal procedures

• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Respond promptly to assigned tasks and supervisor instructions

• Uphold company policies and maintain professional standards at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

• Previous experience in a support, helper, or operational role preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required

• Basic communication skills (Arabic required; English is an advantage)

• Physically capable of handling general support tasks if needed

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
