Role Purpose

Responsible for leading all retail operations within the assigned country to achieve sales growth, profitability, and brand excellence. The Country Manager owns the entire P&L , drives store performance , and ensures the flawless execution of Junaid Perfumes’ retail standards and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities


Business & Leadership

  • Develop and implement the country retail strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Lead Area Managers and Store Managers to achieve monthly and annual sales and profit targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
  • Represent the brand with key external stakeholders (malls, landlords, authorities).

Sales & Performance

  • Drive LFL growth , ATV , UPT , and conversion across all stores.
  • Review daily and monthly sales performance, highlighting key gaps and corrective actions.
  • Ensure each store operates at optimum productivity and profit levels.

P&L & Financial Control

  • Full accountability for country P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and net profit targets are met.
  • Manage budgets and cost control measures.
  • Review financial performance regularly and take proactive action on variances.

Retail Operations & Standards

  • Ensure consistent store operations, customer service, and adherence to brand SOPs.
  • Oversee new store openings, renovations, and retail expansion plans.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor standards and performance.

Inventory & Merchandise Management

  • Ensure healthy stock levels and strong sell-through across all stores.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams for allocation and replenishment.
  • Monitor aging stock, optimize assortment by store grade, and support buy planning.

People & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop Area and Store Managers for performance and succession.
  • Set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and a results-driven culture.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Execution

  • Ensure brand guidelines and visual standards are consistently implemented.
  • Supervise in-store campaigns, launches, and seasonal updates to enhance customer experience.
