Position: Country Manager – Saudi Arabia


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Manager to join our team in Riyad, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in driving our market presence, expanding partner relationships, and accelerating business growth in the UAE.

This position is based in Saudi Arabia , and we are particularly interested in candidates who are fluent in Arabic & English , as the role requires close collaboration with regional customers and partners.

Role Overview


Shifra Middle East is seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Manager to lead and grow its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the country strategy, driving revenue growth, developing key customer and partner relationships, and managing overall country performance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define, execute, and own the country strategy in alignment with regional and corporate objectives
  • Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability within the Saudi market
  • Lead sales and business development activities to expand customer base and partner ecosystem
  • Build, maintain and keep strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle and oversee pipeline development and forecasting
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Establish annual sales targets, forecasts, and budgets; ensure achievement of financial objectives
  • Manage country-level P&L, including revenue, costs, and profitability
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the local team to achieve high performance
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and governance standards
  • Provide regular performance, forecast, and market reports to regional leadership


Required Qualifications


  • Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or senior sales leadership role
  • Background in B2B, technology, distribution, or enterprise solutions + channel also preferred in cyber security sector
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth in competitive markets
  • Identify and onboard new partners within the region
  • Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
